1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any website, service, or program operated by DevelopPlay Studio LLC (“DPS,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), including the brands Liminal Creative Agency, Linni, and Évoir, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”).
If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Scope of Services

DPS provides a range of creative, educational, and event-based services through its brands, including but not limited to:

  • Liminal Creative Agency: creator training, content development, brand collaboration, and creative consulting.

  • Linni: caregiver matching, early education services, and family-based workshops.

  • Évoir: event production and community experiences for brands and creators.

These Terms apply to all users, clients, creators, collaborators, or participants engaging with any DPS brand.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or have parental consent) to use our services.
For Linni’s childcare services, parents or legal guardians must provide accurate and verifiable information when registering.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide truthful and up-to-date information when using our websites, forms, or applications.

  • Use our services only for lawful purposes.

  • Respect all intellectual property, community, and content policies associated with each DPS brand.

  • Refrain from abusive, misleading, or harmful behavior toward other users, creators, or staff.

  • DPS reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for any user who violates these Terms or engages in misconduct.

5. Payments and Refunds

All fees and payments made for services (such as bookings, event registrations, or consultations) are final unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.
Refunds may be considered only if the service cannot be provided due to cancellation by DPS.
All transactions are processed securely via approved third-party payment systems (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, Wix Payments).

6. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, images, music, and written materials on our websites are the property of DPS or are used under proper license.
You may not copy, distribute, reproduce, or commercially exploit any material without written permission.

Creators who collaborate with Liminal or Évoir retain ownership of their original content but grant DPS a non-exclusive right to use and feature it for promotional purposes (unless otherwise agreed in writing).

7. Events and Activities (Évoir / Liminal)

By registering for an event or collaboration, you acknowledge and accept any related participation guidelines and safety requirements.
DPS is not responsible for personal loss, damage, or injury during attendance unless caused by negligence on our part.
Participants agree that photos or videos taken at events may be used for marketing or documentation purposes unless they opt out in writing prior to the event.

8. Caregiver and Family Services (Linni)

Linni acts as a connector between families and caregivers, not as a direct employer of caregivers.
DPS is not responsible for personal agreements, payments, or disputes between families and caregivers beyond the scope of its matching and coordination services.
All participants agree to use Linni’s platform in good faith and in compliance with applicable local regulations.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DPS and its brands shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or inability to access them.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid for the relevant service.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
By using our services, you consent to the terms of our Privacy Policy.

11. External Links and Third Parties

Our websites may contain links to third-party platforms or services.
We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of external sites.
Accessing third-party services is at your own risk.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to any DPS service at any time, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in activities harmful to our users or brands.
