Welcome to LIMINAL (a digital initiative of DP Studio). By accessing our website and using our sonic assets, you agree to comply with the following terms:
1. OWNERSHIP & AI CONTENT
All musical compositions and audio assets under the Liminal brand are produced using proprietary AI workflows and curated by professional musical standards.

Commercial Rights: DP Studio holds full commercial ownership of all Liminal tracks generated via authorized professional AI licensing.

Intellectual Property: All logos, branding, and web content are the exclusive property of DP Studio.
2. USAGE & LICENSING
Our music is distributed through official platforms (e.g., Spotify, Apple Music, TikTok, Instagram).

Social Media Use: Users are encouraged to use Liminal tracks within the built-in music libraries of social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram Reels, etc.).

Commercial Licensing: Any use of Liminal audio for television, film, advertising, or standalone commercial products outside of standard social media "sync" requires an explicit written license from DP Studio.
3. ARTIST SUBMISSIONS (THE COLLECTIVE)
By submitting audio content to Liminal/DP Studio for consideration:

You warranty that the content is either original or created using AI tools for which you hold a valid commercial license.

You grant DP Studio the right to review, curate, and, upon mutual agreement, distribute the content under the Liminal brand.

DP Studio reserves the right to reject any submission that does not meet our artistic or legal standards.
4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Liminal provides AI-generated audio "as is." While we strive for the highest artistic quality, we are not liable for any technical platform glitches, copyright flags by third-party algorithms beyond our control, or any indirect damages arising from the use of our website.
5. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes shall be resolved within the jurisdiction of New York courts.
